I had my fistula surgery done by Dr Arun , (Elixer Clinic), and the overall experience was very good. Dr Arun was professional and supportive throughout the treatment. The staff were caring and very helpful.
I would also like to specially thank PRO Prashant ettan and the security chettan for their kindness and support. Since I am physically disabled and there were a few steps to reach the lift area, they helped me comfortably.
One small request to the team: please consider improving wheelchair accessibility for disabled patients in the future.
